Jerome Whalen

Successfully bringing Buyers and Seller together together since 1987.

Jerome Whalen, known as "Sarge" by his clients and friends, has been a resident of Carbondale since 1983 and associated with Coldwell Banker Mason & Morse Real Estate since 1987. Jerome is a believer in service. That's easy to say, but he explains what good service is by stating "The key to good service is communication. I do my best to keep my clients informed and up-to-date at all times." To do that, Jerome makes certain that he is available and easy to reach. Above all, Jerome is looking for results for his clients. To get results, "I am unwilling to give up," he says. "Through networking and experience, I can get the results my clients want." "If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be dependability. If I say I'll get it done, I will."

Jerome is proud to have earned the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Only 5% of all Realtors nationwide have earned the right to be called CRS. What this means to you is that you are working with someone who is more connected, more knowledgeable and more experienced. In addition, Jerome has earned the following designations: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Broker Associate (SFR). He received the 2007, 2011 and 2017 Core Values Award for Stability at Coldwell Banker Mason Morse Real Estate.
Jerome is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He is a charter member of the Wilderness Education Association. He enjoys hiking, biking, gardening and cross country skiing.

"The best advertising is word of mouth. I am proud that my past clients are so satisfied with my service that they refer their friends, relatives and business acquaintances to me." Call me today, I welcome the opportunity to help you buy or sell.
